i was wondering what is the easiest way to get internet in a room too far to run an ethernet cable. is there any way wirelessly to send the internet across the house, i want a wired connection in the room.

One (or is it both ?) routers must support WDS for a wireless link to work.

Look at mains-borne networking solution such as Homeplugs.
