OCing New i7 920

im looking at OCing my new 920 system. im currently running the p6t deluxe 6 gigs triple channel 1600 gskill ram and stock cooler (soon upgrading) to the cooler master v8 but im just woundering wut are safe temps to run at? in other words wut is to hot and whats not. seeing how much OC i can get with stock cooler before upgrading. also have the antec 1200 case. idle temp is betweeen 32-36 C

About the same temps I had with my stock cooler. 70c would be my max if you run prime CPU stabilty test or prime95. I wouldn't go past 3.0

Stay below 85C on the I7, on the stock cooler you can probably get 3.2, but I would suggest getting an aftermarket cooler.
