What are the uses of the pc? Will it be overclocked? How long will be it kept?

Well Im big into gaming mostly for CounterStrike: Source. Im planning on keeping this computer for about 1-2years. I will overclock it as well, around 3.00 GHz, Maybe higher depending on temperatures.

If you don't plan to SLI get a P35 motherboard, that will save you a little.  You will probably be happier with an 8800GT over a 9600GT video card.

If you plan to SLI, get a bigger PSU, if not, go to a P35 mobo.  SLI is pretty useless for CS:Source.

Get the new Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 320GB hard drive instead.  Its $80 as opposed to $65 but is a faster hard drive.  If CS:Source is the most demanding game you'll be playing then the 9600GT will be fine for you.  If you plan on playing games at higher resolutions and higher settings that are more demanding than CS, you might want to look at the 8800GT instead.

If I were you I would dump the 1066 memory and just get DDR2-800.  OCing that CPU to 3.0Ghz wouldn't even require a 400Mhz FSB that the DDR2-800 memory uses.  You will not see a performance gain using that memory, save yourself $40 and just get the $35 2GB kit of DDR2-800 memory by G.Skill on Newegg instead.

Lose those junky Rosewill case fans, if you're going to spend that much on fans, get the best you can.  Get the Scythe S-Flex fans, they are absolutely quiet and move a ton of air.  I love them.  I'm actually waiting for a sale so I can buy 4 more of them.

Last, I would only use a sound card if I had a $200+ set of computer speakers.  For 'regular' speakers and whatnot onboard sound is plenty capable.  If you're a real sound buff I guess the sound card makes a big difference, but it isn't worth the money to me.

2 thing here,

Firstly, I have never heard of that power supply.  I'd go with a known brand name to make sure nothing funny happen to my rig. That's one area in which you don't want to cut corners.  Brand such as Corsair, PC power & cooling, Seasonic etc.

Also, you might save some cash by dropping the sound card. Unless you're an audiophile,  most people find the on board sound card to have decent sound quality.

I agree with what everyone above me has said.
But if I were you, I'd drop that sound card, or put some money towards the X-Fi gamer. The Audigy SE is one of their cards that doesn't support hardware-based sound decoding, so it won't help your framerates at all. Not to mention the Alchemy thing under Vista for the Audigy series isn't free.

Drop the sound card and get an Asus Xonar.  Otherwise, stick with on board.  If you want high quality audio and gaming isn't as important, get a HT Omega card.  They don't support EAX 5, but their cards are brilliant.

CS:S?  Even the barest bones gaming PC can run that title. You have overspent in some areas (such as the mainboard) and underspent in others (such as in audio reproduction which is crucial for FPS success).

Invest in good audio speakers and display, the PC innards are mostly the same.

I really appreciate all the advice everyone has given me and taken it to consideration. After reading everything here is what i have done.

-Changed Mobo to a P35
-Changed Ram to G.Skill 2bg(2x1) DDR800
-Changed Audio Since Yes I'm an audiophile to Creative SB X-Fi Xtreme Audio
-Changed the fans to  Scythe S-FLEX
-Changed HardDrive to Seagate Barracuda 7200.11
-Changed VideoCard since it sounds like the GeForce 8800GT is better choice
-Changed PSU to a more known namebrand CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX

Im still open to suggestions and i will let you guys know when I have put the purchase in.
