ASRock Dual VSTA775 Intel Quad Compatible?

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if the ASRock Dual VSTA775 motherboard is compatible with Intel's Quad processors?

I know technically it should be because they're 775 socket, but I'm just making sure since I also know the board is a low budget piece of hardware.
