Hello,
Today a strange thing happened.
I upgraded from XP PRO t Vista Home Premium . Clean installation. Disk formatted. After plugging in my external WD MyBook 500GB USB in my system trash bin a folder with files showed which I deleted in XP (??) . It had a path to WD. Weren't these files deleted on WD?? Did Vista made some kind of preview??

I can only assume you (or someone else) copied the files to your MyBook. How does it appear exactly?
