How do i change from vista home premium to windows 7 ultimate

Hello,
my hp originally had an operating system in english. it crashed after a couple of years and had to take it to be fixed in argentia and they put the operating system in spanish. i want to put it back to enlish. possible?

Only with Windows Vista Ultimate and Windows Vista Enterprise can use language packs!

if you have the restore partition intact, you can do a factory restore to make it the way it was when it was originally purchased. alternatively you can purchase system restore discs from the manufacturer.
