After trying to install my 7200 Baracuda 160GB into the slot that you take out of the case, I noticed that none of the screws that come with the case will screw into the holes. Am I suppose to be screwing in anything for this to work? Some screenshots i seen from reviews showed that the HD sliding right in. Mine has about a half inch on both sides of the HD from the sides of the slot.

the drives screw from the bottom through the rubber grommets with 4 screws that look like this...
