i have an ECS 945gct-m now and the oc options in the bios are locked. if i could find a way around this i wouldn't care but i digress. i have been looking around i have come to a couple conclusions.
1) 965s oc well
2)965s are only found on ATX boards, and i need a micro.
can you guys find a board for $50-60 that can get my e400 to a respectable speed 2.9~?
