Are you looking to spend less money?  You could replace a few items and not loose (too much) performance.
OCZ 600w PSU $70  - Thermaltake TR2 430w PSU $25 after rebate
CM RC-330 case $44 - you can find less expensive cases ~$30 (but I happen to like the RC-330)
C2D E4500 2.2Ghz $120 -  Replace with the C2D E2180 2.0Ghz $70
That will save you about $110 which is just about the cost of Vista Home Premium 32 bit with SP1 included

You already have a keyboard/mouse/monitor?  Then you're good to go.  And everything (including suggestions) is compatible.

Do you mean over-the-air internet service from a WISP (Wireless Internet Service provider)?  They are expensive and have very low month data limits.
Verizon WISP charges $60 a month for a 5GB plan with each extra MB costing 49 cents.  I can easily go through 5GB of data on a weekend afternoon just catching up on news and sports stories.  Cable and DSL internet services is much better option.  Verizon DSL has package of 3GB up / 768MB down for $30 a month - NO data limits.

If you meant a wireless connection to your PC from your DSL or Cable wireless router/modem.  All you need is a wireless adapter.  You can get Extermal USB or Internal PCI card versions.  USB Wireless Adapter  PCI card wireless adapter
