i dont know if/if not to remove these soft plastic thingies, the manual says nothing about it :ß

im a bit worried,because the one between the large cooler body and the circuit board is pressed on pretty hard and i dont want to rip off the little stuff on the circuit board while trying to remove it 
yep,done, works so far, im just installing drivers
