I would prefer one that costs under $75w/shipping. I remember that this card needs 2x3 and 2x4 connectors or something. Can you recommend any?

How about this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817182032

That is the CHEAPEST Power supply that can power that card and a decent system without you just buying something and planning on upgrading in a month or 2.

BAD POLICY. Spend lots of the PSU because YOU'VE BOUGHT AN EXPENSIVE GRAPHICS CARD.

^Yeah, that PP&C is a very good PSU esp. for $85. Imo, 610W seems a little low for a X2 GPU, consider a Corsair 750TX:

The connector you need for 3870x2 is a 2x6+2pin

The PC Power and Cooling 610w does not have that connector.

This one does:

Look in the specifications under PCI-E Connectors.

Edit:
ATI Radeon HD 3870 X2 System Requirements
PCI Express® based PC is required with one dual-width X16 lane graphics slot available on the motherboard
550 Watt or greater power supply with two 2x3-pin PCIe® power connectors required (750 Watt and four 6-pin connectors for dual ATI CrossFireX™)
For enhanced performance with ATI Overdrive™1, a power supply with one 2x3-pin and one 2x4-pin PCIe ® power connector is required

@jasumi: your link is broken. To fix it you can use the chain link icon with the "url" tooltip. But don't bother, it's a Rosewill PSU, enough said.

+1 for the 650TX. It's got 52A, that should do. The 3870X2 needs at least a 550W PSU according to the specs.

It seems stable and has the right connectors?

There are two reasons why I wouldn't get that PSU, if I were you.

1. It has 35A on the 12V rail, which is too close IMO to the minimum recommended of 30A for systems with that video card. That is, it leaves you with much less room for adding disks and fans and PCI cards etc. than the 650TX with its 52A. Also, a PSU usually runs at maximum efficiency around 50%..75% of its range. Getting the minimum recommended PSU means it will often run outside that range, at lower efficiency, which usually means more heat, higher electricity bills, more noise.

2. The Rosewill brand is not exactly one of the best. Check out this list:

Of course, there are exceptions, i.e. some low-ranked brands do have some good models, but in general I found the list pretty useful.

As I said before the PC Power and Cooling 610w is the CHEAPEST power supply that will run it, and it WILL run it.  I would not trust any other 600-650w power supply, because a basic system with the X2 can easily use up to around 500w which is over 80% of the rated wattage range and most power supplies work best and stablest at 25%-75% of wattage rating.  This is where PC P&C gets the job done, their Silencer series can run fine for up to 90% load.  I like the 650TX, but for the same price there is no reason not to go with the PC P&C 610w, it is just much more reliable and I admit Corsair makes some great power supplies, just not as great. Also I forgot to link this, but here is the adapter:

Yeah, Rosewell is definately a cheap brand and chreap brands are only ok if the power supply is overkill, and even then it will more than likely die prematurely out of just the aging of crappy components.
