is there any good site on the net with lots freeware for older palms (ie.
m100) i'm pretty new to this and dont really want to buy a bunch of
expensive software before i get really used to this little machine... but
any link tips are welcome

Another site to look at for free e-documents (books) is
www.memoware.com. This site also includes links to the various reader
formats, etc. I realize the m100 is rather limited in storage, but
still this link could be useful. FWIW, I think a m100 is a good little
machine to learn what Palms are all about, and you can always upgrade
later. Hope this helps.

Check out sourceforge.net. They have lots of really neat stuff there, much
of it in beta, but a lot of it in a stable form. Open source, which is
really cool too, if you're into that.
