I recently acquired a microsoft MN-700 base station from a bar that was closing near my house. I can't seem to set it up with my macbook, though. Safari won't open the IP address to enter the Management Tool. Any suggestions?
Not sure with Macs as I used a PC to set up my Mac-using mate's router. If it was me, I'd hook up by ethernet to a PC and try using IPCONFIG /ALL from a command prompt box in Windows -- should reveal the device's IP address.
If you have access to a manual and it lists the default IP address, user interface name and password etc, try the reset button in case the defaults have been changed.
