Hello.......

I have checked the forums and found that my new build motherboard (Asus P6T Deluxe V2) doesn't have a SAS Raid Controller built in as it was removed. Does this mean I will need to purchase a Raid Controller to use two X25-E 32gb in Raid 0? If so any suggestions?

Any help would be great thanks!

You are good to go. The normal ich10 raid functions well. I have two intel X25-M 80 gb drives in raid-0. I wanted an image of 160gb for my os. It turns out that with minimal access times, raid of a ssd works well.

Why do you need SAS? Just using SATA will run fine too, the only real difference being the command queueing depth between the two interfaces, SAS has a deeper queue.
