Download a free recovery CD-ROM from toshiba tecra laptop

There's a few Tecra models to choose from, what model do you have?

I have never seen a recovery disk available for download from the manufacturer. You have to contact them to get one, and there may be a charge. Unless you find someone close to you with the same model, then you can borrow theirs and use your XP code from the laptop to install it.
