Strange that your choices would be between 4870 x2 and 9800GTX considering the price difference would be around $200, possibly even greater depending on how much the 9800GTX drops before the 4870x2 is out...

Assuming the 4870 x2 has similar requirements of a 3870 x2, I would say a PC P&C 610W Silencer or Corsair 620HX would be fine.

The 9800GTX is $300 in the US. If they're selling it for $500 where you're at, I would assume the 4870 X2 would also be much higher than the US expected price when it's available in your country. I highly doubt you'll be able to get it at the same price.

I don't know what European prices are like, but the 4870 is supposed to be $299 MSRP at release. You should probably be looking more at that card to compete with the 9800GTX.
