No audio output device installed

Hello,
tried everything, please don't send me to hp site no help there. Everything say's the computer is good, no viruses, no problems. Nothing in device manager for sound, gone to every site downloaded everything paid for services still no audio. HP PAVILION DV6500. Vista

Try turning on the Windows Audio Service (services.msc)
