I bought a p182 primarily because of the nice cable routing, and that the PSU and HDD can be isolated at the bottom with their own air flow.
The weird thing is, the PCI slot covers on the back of the case have holes! This means that when my 9800GTX vents its hot air out the back slot, it can be sucked right back in by either the 9800 GTX fan, or the 120mm fans on the top and back.
Does anyone have a good solution for this that doesn't involve duct tape? Should I just live with it?
ALso, note that the lower chamber is not fully isolated since those two cable holes means there are airways there.
I have the same case i i never really found it to be a problem, if it bothers you take them off and cover the insides with conductive tape and screw them back on that way the outside of the case will look clean and vent free (I hope you understand what im trying to say).

Thanks for your comments
I have this case.
1. The top and rear fans exhaust Out of the case.
2. The GPU fan sucks in air from Inside the case.
The exhausted hot air won't get back into the case. I'd recommend adding a front 120mm intake fan in the upper chamber for better air flow.
