"this type of file can harm your computer if it contains malicious code" this is the problem in my computer,how can i solve this?

That's a standard message Windows warns everyone about when attempting to open an executable program file. That message does not mean Windows has done any analysis of the file. It is only warning you that executable files (written by rotten people) may harm your system.
If in doubt, scan the file for viruses before opening it.
