Does Da Acbel 510W PSU Has the LCD Display for the drive bays like the 5.25 drive bay or 3.5 drive bay

Alright, if you had bothered to Google "Acbel 510W PSU", you would have found the company's product page 3rd link down.

They list 2 510W models.

This one

This one

Neither of them have a LCD display.

They do offer This one in 500W and 550W models with a LCD display.

Please use Google before making others do the work for you.
