Corsair HX 520W is a very good psu for overcloking, but it cost (in Europe it cost about 85 E, i don't know in USA). Psu in the pool aren't very good, expecially for oc.

Your going to overclock on stock cooling? surely the intel stock cooler that comes with the 2180 is all aluminium, fairly small, and useless for overclocking?
