lol i dont care and i suggest u not to care either because there are many times that for example a user with 8800 card can play games perfect but cant get a good 3dmark score and for that he thinks his system has a very big problem, dont take it too serious mate

Considering how CPU dependent 3dmark06 score are, yours should be very good for a 7900GS. It's just a guess, but I'd think about 4,700-5,000 running driver defaults.

Just noticed i didn;t explain clearly. I have the above setup but with a 9600 Pro AGP card currently which is what gave me a 750 score.
I just bought a brand new 7900GS 256MB DDR3 for £20 ($40) this afternoon on special offer and I'm hoping it will resurrect my system for the next 12 months or so until I can afford a 9800 and a Quad Core.
^ agreed. I very rarely even run 3dmark06 unless directly comparing cpu to cpu or gpu to gpu on the same system. Can be a useful tool or a fun competion, but besides that I wouldn't put much worry into it either.

It will crush your 9600 pro scores, . But really unless it helps your games it's worth little. So if you are 4K or over in 3dmark 06, I'd completely move on to games. If you score 2800, then something is wrong.
