Asus Maximus Extreme, Gigabyte EP45-UD3R or Asus P5Q Deluxe

Hey overclockers i need your help
My system
Q9550 E0
Asus maximus extreme
Kingston Hyperx 4*1gb 1375 DDR3
Zotac GTX 295
4x Seagate 250gb 7200rpm Raid 0
AlphaCool liquad cooling on mainboard & cpu
Thermaltake thoughpower 1500watt

Bought this cpu 2 weeks ago and i didnt get any stable OC with it.. Checked lots of forums and i think its about my board and rams.

Thinking to replace my boards and rams. The question is " Which will be better on OC Gigabyte EP45-UD3R or Asus P5Q Deluxe?

Generally I am using pc for game purpose(mmorpgs and other stuff) if i get one of these mb and clock it to 4ghz with ddr2 will it make diffrence with maximus extreme and ddr3 rams ?

If you think problem with overclock is my rams then i can just buy 2x2gb ddr3 rams..

The UD3R is great for the price and OC´s extremely well, but it is DDR2 not DDR3. I bet your problem is with your ram settings in the bios. 2x2 seems to have much less issues than 4x1. You have an awesome build I hope it works out for you.
