The gskill model has slightly lower voltage. When all other specs are the same, lower voltage is better.

both can run at 2.1v, but one can run at 2.0v.

It should run cooler at the lower voltage, or more stable at the same voltage... in theory. Realistically, you won't notice.

Either one is good, I'd rather get the one more people bought and run it at 2.1v to ensure maximum stability.
