You want to stay AMD or does it matter?

$250 will be very tight but can be done

motherboard ($90)
processor ($80)
memory ($50)

why a new case? you would be better off using your existing case if your budget is $250. Also don't you need a video card since you sold yours?

Total: $233.63

Still not sure about your needs though. As asked above, are you still needing a PSU? If not, you could get a cheapo brand case. Do you need a discrete video card? I chose the above components assuming you didn't need one since you only asked for processor/mobo/ram/case.
