Question for the Pro's ? What do you recommend ??

Iam a newbie, and this is all new too me... Overclocking and liquid cooling and ect.. Ok so iam thinking of getting a good fan system for my cpu. Now remind you i dont play first person shooter on my pc, nothing but Flight simulator X all those games i play it on my Xbox 360. So i heard the Ultra/chiltec and the coolermaster v8 were the best air cooling cpu fan out there. Whats your recommendation?

Unless your doing some major overclocking, sims respond better to more cores then more frequency. Make sure you get a good quad. If your a noob, I wouldn't bother with water. I know the v8 is huge, make sure your case has the room for it. Not sure which is better.
