CM 650w enough for this build?

hey guys im building a new pc and i would like to know if a cooler master extreme power 650w sli ready would be enough, heres the specs:

- quad 6600 2.4ghz (no overclock)
- geforce 9800gtx 512mb
- nforce 650i chipset motherboard
- 4gb ram 800mhz (2 sticks)
- 2 hard drives sata II
- cd rw
- dvd rw
- 2 pci cards
- 7 120mm fans
- processor cooler
- 5 usb ports will be used all the time

Do you think cooler master extreme power 650w sli ready is enough for my new computer? The reason im asking is because where i live its very hard/almost impossible to find a 750w psu.

I would like your advice wheter go for it or try to get a 750w psu.

in my opinion that should be enough but if you are worried its not enough get a 800watt or so.
