Biometric Bootable Key

I am looking for a biometric USB flash memory where the biometric recognition is on a tiny independent OS, so we can make this memory boot able and auto-run, using a backtrack OS

What about a crypto-key stored on the usb drive, that unlocks the filesystem on the harddisk? That's a more common setup, and more secure maybe, since that pendrive may be altered. Altering a key file won't lead to cracking the code.
