Looks like a nice system... I would consider a different PSU. The one you have choosen has a nice price tag, but you get what you pay for.
I like Antec or Enermax, they are better quality.

Also you could save some cash by going with pc6400 CL4 (800MHZ) as you will not see much difference in speed but you will in price.

heatsinks...
choose from this list or dont bother upgrading... I cant understand why a person would upgrade to a $14 heatsink

edit
**you would be surprised how good stock coolers are. the $14 one prolly be worse**

Thanks grieve. I knew someone would say something about the power supply. I'll also take a look at getting a better heatsink. Is the video card OK? Should I get a cheaper video card and a separate TV tuner card? I think the video card will require quite a bit of power, but it seems like a nice card.

Ram is OVERKILL. Your Processor won't allow you to overclock enough to really require 1066. 800mhz is Ideal.
Consider a different CPU cooler. Artic Freezer 7 if your on a budget, or maybe a Tunq Tower for a litte more.
the Graphics card is fine, I would personaly go 8800GTS, but this is more my personal pref. Likewise with the 650i chipset MoBo. I would prolly not go Nvidia chipset, but again this isn't a big detail,, somepeople like em.. I dont

Thanks psymonx. I see that the 8800GT(S) is pretty popular. I wanted the digital TV tuner so I figured I would either get it all in one card or buy a separate video card and tuner card.
