HELP! I have a runtime error in Print Shop 22, it reads:
"This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for help."
It used to have C++ in it also, but after running everything I possibably could, it did remeve that portion. I have run Malware, reg. cleaner,removed the program and reinstalled it, prayed and cried and I am still unable to get into my program as it shuts down when I press OK. I am unable to locate amnything in Broderbund that will help with this problem.
First take all the cleaners, sweepers, malware detectors out of the computer. Take printshop out of the computer
Turn off the firewall.
Then load Microsoft .NET framework, and C++, restarting the computer each time.
Then load Printshop and restart.
Then turn the firewall back on. Then install a professional (not free download) antivirus.
Cleaners, sweepers, "fixers" do not fix these types of problems. Running mismatched security programs causes system conflicts.
You must install .NET framework, C++ to run many advanced printer software applications. This is the real cause of the difficulty.
