I have done pretty much everything you guys have said to do here but not results I think Im doing something wrong, plz help laptop is a toshina a200

It is rather difficult to suggest another possible fix, not knowing what you have already attempted. Senseless to respond, and have you say "Already did that".... Sorry !

ok, what i did

I press the 0 key after the toshiba logo came up, computer shows loading windows files, then it goes loading windows then black and you can see the computer is running/thinking.

I shut down and press F8, got my menu, have tried safe mode, and error came up, said press ok to shut down the computer, then I went back to F8 menu, and pressed last good confi, im there waiting for something to happen.
