Hello, I have a Toshiba Satellite A200 and I was wondering if any of these really work and if they would help my laptop. I'm running Vista. Thanks. Pat

Graphics Accelerator is A type of video adapter that contains its own processor to boost performance levels. These processors are specialized for computing graphical transformations, so they achieve better results than the general-purpose CPU used by the computer. In addition, they free up the computer's CPU to execute other commands while the graphics accelerator is handling graphics computations.

You have a laptop, it should have drivers for your video card, and a "graphic accelerator" is another name for a video card, which your laptop already has.

It may not be a fast video card, but it has one. Can't upgrade it in your laptop.
