How do I flash Bios on XFX 780i?

Can someone help me, the IRQ for the onboard audio is the same as the ata controller and the XFX rep told me to flash the bios to the newest version to fix it... I cannot for the life of me find a flash utility for the XFX board.


any help would be greatly appreciated.

my current bios version: Phoenix Technologies, LTD 6.00 PG, 1/16/2008

Ok, update, I flashed the bios to P05 (latest version) and the IRQ conflict is still there with the hissing noise.... any idea on how to remove this conflict?

Update, The problem is coming from the speaker system. There is no External Audio volume control on the speaker system and Realtech is pushing the driver volume wattage @ 100%. I plugged in another system with external volume control and the hissing is gone <90% volume settings.
