Need a new power supply pls help!

Hi everyone I recently decided to update my graphics card, and found that the card I want requires a 400 watt power supply, and my current power supply is only 250 watts I have absolutely no idea what I need, only thing i know is that I would like it to be cheap and reliable. Here are my cpu-z specs...

I forgot, here are the power specs for the gfx card, it's a PNY Geforce 9600GT

DON'T buy a cheap no-name PSU, it will be worse than what you have. Check out http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=108088
FSP are good value.
