Need your assistance how to restrict the ability to change the computer name in windows....or tools,software can disable from changing.

Need your assistance how to restrict the ability to change the computer name in windows....or tools,software can disable from changing.

Give every one else Limited User Accounts and retain an Administrative one just for yourself. Only Administrators and Power users can change the computer name.
