Computer hangs on windows screen

Hello,

I woke up the other day and accidentally pulled the power plug on my PC now it cannot boot into Vista or win7

tried safe mode still hangs
tried to boot in with vista or win7 cd still hangs
booted in with live cd ised test disk to change boot options still hangs
used crt + F10 saw /NOEXECUTE=OPTIN
changed it to bcdedit /set optionsedit No
still hangs I cannot do any thing need suggestions pls

1) - Remove cmos battery - reseat.

2) - Boot with one stick of RAM.
