Windows vista BSOD

Hello,
I am operating in Safe Mode with Networking because somehow Norton 360 allowed the BSOD on to my drivers? HELPPPPP!!! And I am only describing what I understand from reading...not techy at all...just a firefighter with a frustrating computer problem
