Hello,
I did not find an answer in the Forum section. My computer crashed, I ran Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool. I got this status:
Hardware problems were detected. To identify and repair these problems, I will need to contact the computer manufacture. I don't have any money to do this, if it cost me any money. I restarted my computer and everything starts up okey now. I did get a blue screen though, before I ran the Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool. If this happens again, which I know it will, how can I fix this problem?

You can download memtest86 (free) and have it check your memory. If it also detects errors you may have no choice but to replace it. Bad memory will corrupt files as well as cause blue screens. Crucial memory has a nice easy memory configuration screen that can tell you exactly what kind of ram to use.

Other than that, you can try posting your system specs in the memory section and someone should be able to tell you if your memory is configured properly.
