Hey guys, Can someone help me out pls?
I m having trouble to start my PC after I have installed a second SATA disk.
keep asking me to reboot the system and choose the right disk.
Now, knowing that SATA disks do not use master\ slave anymore, how can I make my pc to recognize the right disk at the start up?
Thanks

What appears in your BIOS? You may have a faulty SATA cable or port, so try connecting your hard disks to different ports, and swapping cables.

Check the boot order of your drives in the bios. You may also try removing the new drive temporarily to see if it starts up normally again.

I know with my ASUS P5K Deluxe (P35) no matter what you set the boot order to it'll still try boot off the HDD connected to port SATA0 (first SATA port) for some reason.
Swapping the HDD I want to boot off to port SATA0 solved the problem.
