Just put in a ASRock 4Core-SATA2 2.0 - no juice! Help. :(

I just got an ASRock 4CoreDual-SATA2 R2.0
Motherboard, and put in in my case w/my 500watt power supply.
Hooked up the ATX power and the 4P 12v, and the power button connector
and get no juice at all when I hit the power button. No fans, no LEDs on the Mobo (if there are any)... Nothin.
I'm leaving the cpu, memory and video off for now, because even with them in I got the same results.
I looked at the Motherboard FAQ here, and I guess it could be a grounding issue, which I will go check....
but I know the power supply is good and I can hook my old P4 motherboard back up and it works fine.

What else can I be missing? I emailed their tech support, but dont expect to hear back soon.

Intel Core Duo E6570 (which any E6xxx processor is supposed to be compatable)
Radeon AGP Pro 1950x
2 1Gig DDR2 memeory sticks (ordered as a bundle w/mobo)
40Gig IDE primary
Phillips DVD-+R IDE
External Sata2 drive
Thats about it.
