Hello there,

I have recently bought a new UPS , a Compact-Fit 600. Its interface is Contact Closure. No software was shipped with it so I guess I will have to find one by myself. Could you please give me any guidelines where to find one?

Click the Product Information link, and then the Download Area link in the left column.

Thanks a lot man,

I have downloaded their software but on installation I am asked for a serial number! A serial number that I don't have :(

Which version of the software did you download ... UPSCommander, or Commander Pro? Details, details ... everything is in the details.

You might try calling the company, if this is where you bought the UPS, and explaining the problem.
