Cannot Disable "Aero Snapping"

Hey guys, after trying several methods to disable the snapping feature in Windows 7 it will not turn off. I have tried the "Ease of Access" way and the "regedit" way, restarted my PC several times but it just won't turn off! Is there any other method available to disable this incredibly frustrating feature?

Tried it already and it only disabled the hot key functions
