Yes, but to avoid problems. Check if that RAM is on the motherboards list of compatible RAM. It's safer to get 800 Mhz DDR2 for P35.

Yes but you only really need DDR2 800.
Also, please just list the parts next time.
PITA to have to click all the links for a simple question.

If the automobile had followed the same development cycle as the computer, a Rolls-Royce today would cost $100, get a million miles to the gallon, and explode once a year, killing everyone inside.

so its not good?

what i saw is that it only supports corsair 1024 mb while i have 2 gig

Yes, it should support it.
They only test some of the available ram, not every stick ever made.
98% of DDR2 666/800/1066 will be supported on this Mb.

Personally i'd get one of the new P43/P45 motherboards. Same price, but has the PCIex16 2.0 socket. Would work with all the same components you listed. Same price also

Sorry bout that, about bed time over here.
Thought I saw a 2 x 1Gb kit not the 2 x 2Gb kit.

Damn son, you saw that reply fast!
I realized my mistake and had it changed in under a minute!

Yeah, the P45 motherboards are defiantly nice.
If you decide to get one (which would be a good choice) at least go for the next model up from the previous link.
The P5Q PRO gives you a second PCIe 16x slot so you have the option of upgrading go CrossFire at a later date. As some may point out, this will limit you to 8x bandwith per card but remember, it is 8x PCIe 2.0. That will give both cards the same bandwith as the single card on your P35 based Mb as PCIe 2.0 doubles the bandwith.
