My computer lost its desktop icons

Hello,i screwed my desktop anf lost all its icons including the taskbar, all you can see is the background.

Press ctrl+alt+delete, and bring up the task manager-->file-->new task-->type explorer.exe and press enter.

That should restore the taskbar and icons.
