DirectX11

I just got a new graphics card (GTX550ti) and I bought battlefield 3 but apparently i need DX11, I currently have DX10 but my GPU supports DX11. Is there a way i can install DX11. I have tried talking to the microsoft advisors but they keep wanting me to call and i'm not paying for what will most probably be useless advice.

I am running Windows Vista SP2.

'This version of the Windows Genuine Advantage validation tool is no longer supported. Please download the newest version and ensure that your system clock is accurate.'

If system date/clock is ok, download the latest version.
