Q6600
Gskill 2gb
Seagate Barricuda 500gb
Asus P5 MD
OCZ 600w PSU
Antec 900 Case
CPU Fan some huge monster fan forgot the name
Asus 8800GTS 512 (G92)

Anyways I can hear something going, so I put my ear to the cpu fan video card, and case fans no sound at all coming from any of them. When I get close to the PSU the noise seems louder. Anyone know what the problem is or have a similar experience. thanks

Buzzing, clicking, wurring? Knowing what kind of sound it is could help immensely. Also, what kinda of OCZ is it (modxstream, gamexstream, etc)? I'm guessing it'll be a simple (relatively) fan swap of the PSU fan.

high pitched squeal is a common one from PSU, usually a lot of people cant hear it, but the younger you are the more likely you are to hear it. I've had a few do this

It is a gamerxstream PSU, and it is just the sound of a loud fan no clicking, just a constant loud buzz. I was thinking maybe 600W isn't powerful enough to run this system?

600w is enough... from memory the fans in the gamerxstream's werent all that good... you could either RMA it for replacement or different PSU...

OR

BE VERY CAREFUL and buy a similar sized fan and replace it (this will also void warranty)
