Hello,
I have an hp pavilian entertainment pc that is 4 or 5 years old and my cd-rom has not worked foe the last 2 years. i have tried everything that i have read online. deleting the upper and lower filters, reinstalling the drivers, taking out the cd-rom and putting it back in. hp has been no help... please sombody help me
