Ok, i was looking at some parts for a new pc, and see that this ram
runs at 2.1v
But then when i look at motherboards not all support this high of a voltage, will this affect the speed of the ram? :|
Or does this just mean nothing, and will it still be supported.

It means nothing. Just set voltage manually in bios and you're fine.
