Add USB 3.0 to PC with USB 3.0 PCI-E Card

Hi, this time i will share my experience on the usb 3.0 pxi-e add-on card.

Around 2 months ago I bought model HT-CR001 which is a 3.5’’ internal combo of USB 3.0 card reader and usb 3.0 hub. It works well till now. I then found their new product of 4 port USB 3.0 PCI-E card for PC and out of satisfaction with the last model, I bought this new again for adding more 4 USB 3.0 port to my PC. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA1HD...

It’ very strange that a 4 port usb 3.0 pci-e card is only around $3 to $5 more expensive that a 2 port usb 3.0 card while they should both use one chipset. Certainly, I chose the 4 port one.

This is a very thin but useful PCI-E expansion card. While my combo is occupying the PCI-E X1 slot, I used this card on the PCI-E X16. Easy install and setup. Clean fit, appears OEM. Affordable way to add SuperSpeed USB 3.0 to your computer.

My OS is Windows 7, FYR.
