Cool VGA via normal fan

How To make my VGA XFX 9800 GTX black edition cooler with normal fan ?is it possible ?

8*8 or 12*12 ?
if yes where should i put it ?in above ?of it ?down ?blow in the VGA or out to let the hot temp go out ?

What pc case do you have?
Can you mount a case fan on the left side panel so that it blows directly onto the video card?

It's just way to hard to even begin to understand what your asking. There are ony 500+ normal fans out there.

You mean 80mm and 120mm? A fan should blow on the heatsink on the card. If the card has the standard cooler on it, then you need to improve your case air flow. Faster fans, more fans, more airflow.

Replace the stock cooler on the card if temps are too high.

yes i can have fan on the left side panel and it is doing that but dont really help
